Integrated features include:

Team Member Account Management
    The Online Accounting Management System allows you to create team member (employee) accounts instantly by filling out a simple web form. Team member accounts allow team members to view, upload and download files of those clients that have been assigned to them. Additionally, Realtime (hosted application) access can be setup for team member accounts from the administrator page.
Client Account Management
    The Online Accounting Management System allows you to create client accounts instantly by filling out a simple web form. Client accounts allow clients to upload and download files to assigned team members (their bookkeeper). Realtime (hosted application) access can also be setup for client accounts from the administrator page.
Realtime (Hosted Application) Assignment
    The Online Accounting Management System networks your hosted accounting programs to the clients and staff that use those programs. Assign Realtime applications to yourself, your team members and your clients. This can be done instantly for software applications that are listed in the current list of Realtime applications. Once an application is assigned to a user, that user is allowed access to the virtual Realtime desktop where the application will be available. Please note that the TAD system is designed to work with a variety of applications for various client needs. If the application you need is not available in the current Realtime list, you can make a request to have it set up for use on the TADTechnology Realtime servers.
Realtime Secure File Creation, Editing, Management and Storage
    The Online Accounting Management System provides a secure solution for data files. Clients and team members can create, edit, organize and store files in folders on the TADTechnology Realtime servers. Special folders are provided that allow files to be made available from the account web page that is used for viewing and downloading files. Folder creation is also possible, to aid with organization. All data folders on the Realtime server are backed up regularly. Other safety features are also provided to ensure that all customer data is secure.
File Upload Manager and Internet Upload Application
    The Online Accounting Management System is a quick and efficient means to transfer electronic data and source documents to and from clients through the File Upload Manager and Internet Upload Application. Team members and clients can upload files from a user-friendly web form located on their account web page, or they can reduce the number of steps for the upload process by installing TADTechnology’s proprietary Internet Upload Application (I-UA). I-UA allows files to be uploaded directly from a user’s local desktop with a simple drag-and-drop operation. With either method, clients and team members always receive automatic email notifications when files are uploaded to their accounts.
File Viewing and Downloading
    An exclusive location on team member and client account web pages is designed specifically for viewing and downloading files. Just click a link on the page to either open a file for viewing or to save the file to a local computer.
Server Security and Load Balancing
    Resources for running TADTechnology Realtime accounting management applications are shared over multiple high-powered servers. These servers and other critical hardware are stored at a state of the art Internet Data Center (IDC) that is designed expressly for keeping computers in a safe, clean, cool environment. With TADTechnology’s load-balancing system, online accounting users are automatically directed to the server with the smallest load at the time of logging in. This makes for the best possible use of server resources per accounting system user.
Optional Dedicated Servers
    The Online Accounting Management System is hosted in a class 5 data facility. If your firm desires a dedicated server in this facility, TADTechnology offers packages that fit your requirements and budget. A dedicated server allows you to enjoy additional backup and safety measures. You will have exclusive rights to the server resources and its applications and operating system, as opposed to sharing them with other Affiliates and customers. Additionally, with your own dedicated system, you will have more freedom to choose which applications to install and what operations you want to perform.
HelpDesk Access to TAD Technical Support
    HelpDesk Access to TAD Technical Support: View and submit helpdesk tickets from the ‘Support’ section of any (admin, team member, or client) account web page to get personal help with technical issues and requests.

Realtime Application Hosting Upgrade: TADTechnology Realtime Application Hosting(ASP)licenses provide TADTechnology customers and their clients simultaneous online access to client accounting applications and files. Print to your local printer or print Adobe PDF directly to your client's download directories for viewing, saving and printing.

Dedicated Server Program: Take advantage of TAD Technology's existing infrastructure for use with your own dedicated server. With a dedicated server you will appreciate having exclusive rights to server resources, applications and operating system along with more freedom to choose which applications to install and what operations can be performed.
