Version 2 Upgrade of TADOnline System Released
May 2003

TADOnline announces the release of Version 2.0 of its Online Accounting Management System and Realtime Upgrade. The new version incorporates the following enhancements.

Integration of the Online Accounting Management System with TADOnline’s Realtime application hosting service. In the past these two systems were separate in that they required different usernames and passwords and 24-48 hours to set up Realtime accounts and applications. Version 2 has integrated the two systems. Usernames and passwords are now the same for both systems and changing your web password changes your Realtime password. In addition, there is no longer a 24-48 delay in Realtime account and application setup. Realtime accounts and application assignments are automated and take place immediately in Version 2. This means you can have a client or employee account up and running within minutes!

Management of Realtime Logins. TADOnline has added a management interface for all Realtime Logins for team member and clients. Accountants can view all Realtime applications assigned for all users in one convenient location and edit the logins as needed.

Increased Security. Security has been enhanced in the Realtime environment. Team member/employee accounts will now only have access to those client folders within the accounting frims client directories to which they have been assigned from the administrative management interface.

Remote Realtime Connection. As part of the seamless integration of the Online Accounting Management System and Realtime Upgrade, TADOnline is now entirely web based and does not require any client side software.

My TADOnline 1.0. An exciting new service called My TADOnline. My TADOnline offers accountants the ability to license TADOnline’s system and offer their clients and team members a seamless interface with their own custom developed websites. My TADOnline gives accountants the ability to have the TADOnline system integrated to provide the general look and feel of their web site while still using the TADOnline technology.
