TADONLINE DEVELOPS STATE-OF-THE-ART HELP DESK
November 2004

TADOnline is pleased to announce the launch of their new TAD Help Line, developed exclusively for TADOnline clients. The TAD Help Line uses a ticket tracking system, similar to those developed for use in most technical industries. Clients simply click on the Help button, located on their TAD website, and a help record is created. No more trying to track a technician down over the telephone, leaving messages, and hoping for a timely response. Each Help Line request generates an individual Help Line record that is immediately transmitted to the technology team for a response. Help Line records are tracked for efficient and appropriate responsiveness as a means of assuring that each client receives the best service possible.
