Request for TADTechnology Custom Application Hosting

TADTechnology can host most applications users need. If a user needs an application that is not listed in the current list of TADTechnology applications, they can request to have the application hosted as a custom application.

In order to request a custom installation of a program that TADTechnology is not currently hosting, you need to send an email to techsupport@tadtechnology.com with the following information:

• Affiliate Company Name
• TADTechnology Admin Account Username
• Name and version of the application you wish to have installed
• Purpose of the application - is it an accounting program or is it an add-on application that enhances an already hosted application such as QuickBooks or Peachtree
• Approximate Date you would like this application installed by

 Please Note:

• TADTechnology tries to accommodate all requests for custom installations but we can't guarantee that the system is compatible with all applications.
• Once the application is approved for custom installation a set-up fee may apply for the installation.
• TADTechnology may require that you provide the software and installation codes for your custom installation.
• It may take up to two weeks upon receipt of the software to complete the installation of the custom application.
